For this guide, I’ll tell you what are the 
options you have to choose to get a particular 
ending. Any other options you get, don’t affect 
the outcome of the game. 


Ending #1

Description – Good ending. Satoh gives you a 
potion to turn back into a man. You go to 
Asuka’s house to celebrate the good news and 
the two of you fall in love.

How to Get – 

“One more time.”
“Talk to Miyagi-sensai.”
“Restrain yourself.”
“Apologize.”
“Don’t go to sister’s room.”
“Give up and endure.”
“Go to chemistry room.”
“Red medicine.”
“Don’t choose Satoh-san.”


Ending #2

Description – Good ending. After being turned 
back into a man, you confess your love for 
Satoh. The two of you make love and plan to 
graduate and study medicine together.

How to Get – 

“One more time.”
“Talk to Miyagi-sensai.”
“Restrain yourself.”
“Apologize.”
“Don’t go to sister’s room.”
“Give up and endure.”
“Go to chemistry room.”
“Red medicine.”
“Choose Satoh-san.”


Ending #3

Description – Bad ending. You drink the wrong 
potion and are turned into a hermaphrodite. 
Satoh forces you to become her love slave.

How to Get – 

“One more time.”
“Talk to Miyagi-sensai.”
“Go for it.”
“Apologize.”
“Don’t go to sister’s room.”
“Give up and endure.”
“Go to chemistry room.”
“Green medicine.”


Ending #4

Description – Bad ending. After agreeing to 
model for the art class, you are raped by the 
three art students. You decide not to take the 
potion and remain a woman forever.

How to Get – 

“One more time.”
“Talk to Miyagi-sensai.”
“Go for it.”
“Agree to model.”
“Go to sister’s room.”
“Go to art room.”


Ending #5

Description – Bad ending. You’re caught with 
Mr. Terada. All your friends desert you and 
Satoh stops working on your cure.

How to Get – 

“Enough for today.”
“Talk to Mr. Terada.”
(No matter what decisions you make after this, 
you’ll still end up with the Terada ending.)


Ending #6

Description – Bed ending. The nurse and several 
other students seduce when you go to her 
office. After this you decide to remain a woman 
forever.

How to Get – 

“Enough for today.”
“Talk to Nurse Matsunaga.”
(No matter what decisions you make after this, 
you’ll still end up with the Nurse ending.)


Ending #7 – 

Description – Bad ending. Your sister’s 
boyfriend, Seiji, tries to rape you. Satoh ends 
up giving you a potion to turn you back to a 
man, but you can’t live down the rumours of you 
and Seiji.

How to Get – 

“One more time.”
“Talk to Miyagi-sensai.”
“Restrain yourself.”
“Apologize.”
“Don’t go to sister’s room.”
“Cry out for help.”
