Wait for nurse to enter Room 2. Leave room and go to Nurses' Office (The glass room). Take gold key ( The one on the lower right ). Leave Nurses' Office (guard appears). Quickly choose 'Take' icon and throw cart on the guard. Quickly use key on lift's code panel. You are now in front of an armored door. You cannot open it at this moment. Go to the only way available : To the right. You are now in a dead-end corridor with two air duct grids : The left one is already opened and is an exit to the outside of the hospital.
