Go to the console by hitting the tilde key (~) and type in these codes

IMPULSE 911	- infinite ammo for the weapons you have and infinite power for all items, except the medikit
BIGCHEATER	- god mode
FLY		- fly mode
NOCLIP	- walk through walls
