In order to be able to use the following Cheats, 
use the start menu Run command to run the max payne 
executable file "Maxpayne.exe" after adding "-developer" 
to the end. It should look like this: 

"C:Program FilesMax PayneMaxPayne.exe" -developer 

Youcan thing bring up the console using F12. 
Enter any of the following cheats into the console.
