Always make a backup copy before saving any changes. 
Open up the file Hitman.ini, which is located in your 
hitman game directory. Add the line 'enableconsole 1'. 
Then during gameplay, press ~ and type any of the 
following "Codes":

God mode             - god 1 
Unlimited ammunition - infammo  
All items            - giveall  
Invisibility         - invisible 1
