To enable cheats, run the game with "Ants.exe /11" then, in the game, press the F11 key to bring up the cheat dialog and 
type the following cheats (if you dont see the dialog, type the cheat and hit enter it will work too):

 showmap    = reveal map
 Disco      = turns your anthill (not surface) into a disco party!
 marche     = freeze your ants
 WinLevel   = win level
 LoseLevel  = loose level
 wannaFood  = get food
