At the Title screen, hold Left Alt + Right + Alt + Menu Button the Mouse.  
Now, during gameplay, press any of the following "Keys":

F1   Cycle Through the Mini-Guns 
F2   Cycle Through the Rocket Launchers 
F3   Restore Your Energy
