TOWER
Jump
from the platform to the first hanging column. Look up and notice a ring on the
ceiling useful to reach the second (shorter) hanging column. Climb up to the top
and roof run by the ring to the second column.

Jump to the column and look up to the ring and the second column

Roof run to the second column
Repeat
for the third short column. From here you see a number of poles, narrow beams
and ledges hanging from the right wall. Perform a series of jumps, they are
obvious.

Prepare your series of jumps
Start
a conversation with Elika on the ledge with two protruding beams.
Prince:
Nice Tower. I’d say it was from the
ominous and forbidden school of Architecture

The Fertile Ground is -
Prince:
At the top of the Tower. Well, they wouldn’t put it on the ground floor, would
they?
From
the last beam wall run to a narrow ledge on the opposite wall.


Wall run and jump up to the narrow ledge
Repeat
this from the narrow ledge to a second and vault up to the roof in open air.



To the second narrow ledge and up to the roof
There
are quite a few directions you can follow here on first sight: a yellow Power
Plate on the left, one in front and a narrow ledge to jump to the roof above the
black goo. Jump between the protruding narrow walls with Elika’s help to reach
the ledge with the yellow Power Plate. Suddenly you hear an angry hissing.
Prince:
Why is The Hunter acting like that?
Elika:
This is the Martyr’s Tower. He used to
bring prisoners here...
for sport.
Prince:
And now we’re about to jump over to play...
Climb to the Power Plate and launch. After a long flight you’ll be taken to a second one.

Reach a second Power Plate
On
this flight you’ll have to steer with LAS avoiding deadly bumps with objects.
You’ll
eventually end up on the Corrupted Fertile Ground meeting The Hunter.

Waaaaahoooooooo!

But
there won’t be a fight: The Hunter will run off and lure you dropping into a
dead end where you can only go down.

No! It’s a...
Trap?
Elika:
Yes...
He’s a Hunter, remember? I think
we can get down that wall there.
Prince
(shouting up at The Hunter): You think you
got us?! You think it’s that easy?! We’re coming back for you! If we can
find a way out.

(to Elika): Do we go up or down?
Elika:
There’s no way up, we’ll have to go down.
Jump
to the narrow ledge and climb down the vertical narrow shaft. Gripfall on the
ledge all the way below and steer by with LAS.


Go all the way down
Prince:
Well, here we are. The two of us. Alone in
the dark.
Prince:
We’re in The Hunter’s playground? Any
hints what he’s got planned for us?
Elika:
He kept his prisoners here. He’d hunt
them across the City. And then he’d...
He’d hang his trophies from the
walls of this Tower.

I don’t suppose these trophies were
flower posies?
Elika:
They
were the bodies of the Martyred, men, women...
children who stood in Ahriman’s
way.
Prince:
So, if we don’t kill this Hunter, we end
up as a wall decoration? That’s sort of motivational.
Elika:
We don’t have to kill him. We just need to force him back in the prison with
Ahriman.
Prince:
You don’t really believe he’s going to
make it that easy do you? Do you think that fall was the trap, or do you think
this is the trap down here?

We need to find our way up
Prince:
If we just stay here what do you think
he’ll do?
Elika:
I don’t think that’s an option.
Let’s try and get out.
Prince:
I don’t know about you, but I don’t
intend to let him hang me off the wall.
Save
your Game here down at the Tower.
You’re
standing on a wooden ledge above a pool of black goo and will have to make your
way up along the walls.
Wall
run left when the first blob is about highest and you’ll pass the three up and
down going blobs. Jump off to the pole on your right.

Jump and wall run NOW!

Jump off to the pole
Jump
from the pole to the wall when the blob is going down passing the middle.
Automatically wall run right to the narrow ledge. Shimmy right and prepare a
next wall run.


Jump and run NOW!

Reach the next narrow ledge preparing for a next wall run
When the blob goes down and is passing the middle jump to the wall and automatically wall run until you can jump off to a pole.

Hang from the pole
Jump to the other wall and wall run to the narrow ledge where you shimmy right.

Shimmy right from the narrow ledge and prepare your next wall run
When
the blob is all the way up wall run to the grey ledge on your right. Climb the
higher ledge.


Up to the higher grey ledge
Go
right (Checkpoint) and jump to the wooden beam. Stand up and walk to the end.
Jump to the T-shaped wooden beam.


Jump to the beam and to the T-shaped beam
Continue
jumping from beam to beam around the central structure until the last the with a
protruding short beam. Walk on the protruding beam and jump to the opposite wall
(with Elika’s help) and climb up to the vertical narrow shaft.

Jump and climb up to the shaft on the opposite wall
Wall
run right until you can jump off to a pole. Jump from the pole and wall run to
the opposite narrow ledge.




From the narrow shaft to the pole and the narrow ledge
Shimmy
right, stand up on a narrow T-beam and jump to another beam. Jump to the narrow
ledge on the opposite wall.

Shimmy right and stand up where the ledge turns into a beam

Jump to the next pole

Jump to the narrow ledge on the opposite wall
Shimmy
right around the corner and jump up to the attic. The trapdoor will close when
they walk inside.

The trapdoors will suddenly close
The
Hunter will start the combat.


The Prince and Elika weaken him down with combos
Remember
he can spew black ink (deflect) and also partly heal when Elika has to blast
him off.


His last powers are gone
Again
he will run off watched by Elika and the Prince:

Who’s The Hunter now?
Run
around the room and notice two narrow ledges on a wall. Run up from the first to
the second. Shimmy right and prepare for some wall runs.

run right to the corner, jump of to the perpendicular wall, and wall run further
to a pole.

Jump
to a second pole with Elika’s help and on to a narrow beam. Stand up.

Jump to the narrow beam and stand up
Jump
up to the narrow ledge on the opposite wall and shimmy right where you prepare a
wall run past an up and down going blob to a vertical narrow shaft on your
right.

Jump to the narrow ledge and prepare a wall run

Wall run NOW!
Climb
to the top of the shaft and prepare a wall run to the grey ledge on your right.


Climb up the vertical narrow shaft

Wall run to the grey wooden walkway on your right
Elika:
We have to find a way to that Power Plate.
Go all around the grey walkway where you’ll see the Power Plate.

The Power Plate
Jump between the beams protruding into the hole inside the octagonal center of the walkway. Walk right and notice a narrow ledge on the wall.

The narrow ledge on the wall
Jump
to the narrow ledge and shimmy left. Prepare a wall run to the ring on your left
(sliding on a horizontal rail) when the blob is going down. When you touch the
ring press red to wall run further to a narrow ledge on your left. The
ring will slide to the left, causing a pole to protrude from the wall and the
central octagon turn through 90 degrees.


Wall run NOW

Press red


Continue wall running to the narrow ledge
Shimmy around the corner and prepare a wall run to this new pole on your left.


Wall run to the pole on your left
Jump
further to a narrow beam protruding from the wall. This beam is now aligned with
a protruding beam into the hole due to the rotation. You can jump to the beam in
the hole.

Jump to the beam and turn left

Jump
to the opposite protruding beam which is now in front of the Power Plate.


You can reach the wall with the Power Plate now
Climb up to the Plate and press yellow to blast off and to randomly fly around without any control.

You’re
whirling and spinning around that room until you’ll finally land on a first of
two poles.



After this dizzy carrousel you’ll
hang from a pole
Jump
to the second pole and wall run to the corner, jump off to the perpendicular
wall and end on another first of two poles. Jump to the second and to the narrow
ledge on the opposite wall.



From a wall run to a narrow ledge
Climb
up the narrow ledge to the roof.
Prince:
Looks like we might skip being the
Hunters’ trophies after all.
Elika
turns around:

Let’s heal this Ground

The Fertile Ground!
Press
yellow to allow Elika to become one with the blue light beam and tap
repeatedly to admire this awesome wonder:




The healing of the Fertile Ground!
The
Prince takes the worn out Elika by the hand. She says:

This Land is healed. We must go
on.
Prince:
Aha. But why you’ve gone prickly on me?
Elika:
You enjoyed that.
Prince:
Teaching that thing a lesson? Taking some
revenge for the people it killed. Yes, I enjoyed that. And you enjoyed that side
of things too. Don’t worry, Princess, you’re still more than good enough for
both of us.
Elika: Wow, and with you as a measuring stick
that really makes me saint.
Prince: Hey, I’ve helped old Ladies home from
the market...

...If they had attractive daughters.
Yeah...
then I helped them too.
