Chapter 23: The Lost Island

Fly over the imaginary map from North-Africa to the shores of France.

You have to take a picture and fly through a number of hoops.

Next shoot five Planes.


Get all 5 planes down

 

Then you can land.

There’s a way in.


Lets’ go! Allan and his men went this way!

 

Chapter 24: The Caves under the Sea


Tintin is sliding down

 

Throw a torch at a barrel with gunpowder to open a way down.


Aim the torch

 

Pick up the torch again and aim a few times at the bugs so you can release a Crab with Golden Claws.


Get these bugs out


Collect your Crab with Golden Claws

 

Aim the torch at a rope that raises a ledge.


Lower the ledge to a horizontal position

 

Now you’re going for a long swim in water. Careful with the Sea Urchins, Jellyfish and especially the giant Jellyfish. Keep tapping A to swim faster.
Out of the water use a torch to kill the sea bugs and jump back in.


Careful with these giant Jellyfish!

 

After a few jumps and a long slide down you’ll end up in a pool where you have to take down 4 foes. Another doll house view.


Take care of the foes

 

There are two goons with a gun that you should eliminate first. The one on the upper ledge is an umbrella guy which you have to surprise from the back side and the fourth should be blasted off with a projectile.

A door will then open so you can continue to the right.
There are a lot of fireworks here.


Aim at the rope of a suspended ledge


Make sure you throw the torch past a lit torch

 

Then Tintin will reach a dead end and will lead Snowy into a shaft.

But then Snowy is surprised by a water flow.


Escape from the water!


Tintin and Haddock are joining Snowy

 

They climb out of a hole in front of a Tower!


Our three friends are looking at a Tower!

 

Chapter 25: Climbing the Tower

Enter the Tower and climb up where you can beat two foes. Further to your right there are two men in Armors. Lead them past a slippery pad so they lose their Armors and you can beat them.
Pull out a trolley that will lift a door up above. Climb up, jump from two collapsing ledges and jump inside.

Go down from the ladders and surprise two goons.
Some collapsing ledge work will get you a Crab with Golden Claws.

Go higher and hit the man in the Armor with the bananas. That will get you a key.

You’ll get to a new area. Jump to the ladder and then backwards to a ledge.

Jump to the higher ledge for a Golden Crab.


Open the Chest

 

Return to the ladder, go all the way down and jump to another ledge.


To the next ledge

 

Time for a little ride down and a fight.


Ride down and hit those losers

 

Down there is a ledge with a Golden Crab. Go get it.
Then climb up to a collapsing ledge and jump fast to get higher. Keep going higher until you reach a new sliding ring.

Slide down and meet a parrot.


Sounds like the Captain!

 

The Parrot will settle on your shoulders. Have the Parrot fly you to the ledge on your right where you can beat a goon.

From there fly down to water with some wheels.

Keep flying between the wheels

 

Then you dive in (careful with the Jellyfish) and climb up.
Be careful with the spiky wheel.


Avoid the spikes of the turning wheel

 

Land on a ledge and kill the bugs with the torch.


Kill the bugs first!

 

Now it’s going through more spiky traps and wheels. Finally get outside and let the Parrot fly you to a ledge.


Fly to the next ledge in front of the Tower

 

Down there is another Golden Crab you can take along. Then jump to some expanding ledges. Tintin is looking for the Captain.


Jump past these ledges

 

Then, the whole trip goes behind ladders and collapsing ledges. Make your way up to the Tower. There’s a bird of prey that will drop stones when you collect a Golden Crab. On your right is another sliding ring.


Slide down

 

Then you’ll have another doll house fight with Allan.

Chapter 26: The Knight’s Lair

High up in the Tower you’ll find an entrance to the quarters of the Knight.

Up in the Lair, Haddock will see a painting of his ancestor: Sir Francis Haddock.

Tintin and Haddock find a drawing of the Unicorn with two mysterious red crosses.

These crosses? What do they mean?...


"The Light”... “the Light of the Day”

 

Chapter 27: The Knight of Haddock’s True Story

Now we’re going to find out what really happened on that unfaithful night with the Unicorn!
Red Rackham captures Sir Francis.


I am Red Rackham!

 

Sir Francis is getting into a fight with the pirates of Rackham. Be careful of the guy with two knives.


Press A and turn your sword into a horizontal position with L

 

This way you’ll deflect his continuous lethal attacks. When he stops, hit him.


This guy is defeated after two attacks

 

Then take care of Rackham himself.


Curse you!

 

Sir Francis had ignited a barrel and the Unicorn will then explode.

Chapter 28: The Secret of the Unicorn

You now have so solve the puzzle of the three Scrolls.


Grab each of the Scrolls and rotate them with R


When piled up they will show some coordinates: longitude and latitude

 

Allan is watching the scene... the location of the Unicorn Treasure!
Haddock is following Allan but is being trapped in a metal cage to get slowly drowned by a mechanism.


Haddock is getting after Allan

 

Tintin has to hand over the Scrolls to Allan. He has to dive under water and pick up a nut on the other side. Return with the nut and aim at the mechanism.


Stop the mechanism that lowers the cage where Haddock is captured


The nut will block the mechanism

 

Tintin and Haddock are sitting on top the cage. Haddock:


Did you get the Scrolls back?

 

Tintin lost the Scrolls to Allan.
Remarkably Haddock memorizes the coordinates:


You mean: 51 degrees 18 minutes 21 seconds North... 3 degrees 11 minutes 41 seconds East?...

 

I am Captain Haddock, direct descendant of Sir Francis Haddock, and I too have sailed the seven seas... the coordinates point to a location somewhere inland... I’d say Belgium... two miles North-East of Brussels.

Tintin: That’s Marlinspike!

They fly off to Brussels and are being chased by small planes... There are 5 squads of them!


Shoot all the planes

 

When the last plane is taken down the Level ends.
