Arcane, The Stone Circle Mystery - Episode 5

Enter the room at your left side. You are standing in long corridor that leads along the main hall. This corridor is filled with all kind of objects. You can examine them all if you like. I will only mention the important ones. You'll see that there is a number with each and every object. Note down the numbers of the important objects. They will come very handy later in the game!

Examine the boat shaped object in the third niche. Take the first metal part. Note the number W.3! Zoom out and go forward. Examine the armadillo. Take the second metal part from it's back. Note the number W.10! Zoom out and go forward. Take the opened book from the first niche. Notice that this book has the same number as the ticket the old man gave to you. Read the book to learn more about the creature, born of the stone circle... Zoom out and go forward.

Examine the helmet at your right side. Take the third metal part. Note the number E.7! Zoom out. Notice that you're facing the corridor you just walked. No need to go back there. So go forward in the opposite side. Examine the mask at your left. Note the number E.4! Take the fourth metal part. Zoom out.

Re-enter the main hall by going to the left. Try to open the door behind you. Enter the door beneath the stairs. Go down the stairs into the cellar. Notice that this room is filled with cog wheels. At the moment only one of them is turning. Your goal is to get them all turning...

Examine the controls in front of the cog wheels. Number the levers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 from the left to the right. Move the levers 1, 2 and 3 all the way down. Leave lever number 4 alone. Also move down the levers 5 and 6. Zoom out and notice that all the cog wheels are turning now.

Exit the cellar and re-enter the main hall at your left side. Go up the stairs. Examine the circular controls at your left side. Press the center button on the left wheel three times so it points to E.11. Press the center button between the wheels. Notice that a huge pedestal is moved to the balcony of the room. Walk to that pedestal. Click and drag all four metal parts on the pedestal to make yourself a globe out of the four metal parts.

Return to the circular controls. Now the numbers come in handy that you just noted of the four important objects! Here is how the controls have to be set.

Press the center button on the left wheel four times so it points to E.7
Press the center button on the top wheel three times so it points to E.4
Press the center button on the right wheel three times so it points to W.10
Press the center button on the bottom wheel two times so it points to W.3

Press the center button between the wheels to align all the planets. By doing this a magic beam will appear and shines through the planets to open a hidden compartment in the device down below the main hall. Go down the stairs and take the object from the compartment. My God it is the pounding Heart of the Beast...
